diet again..

anybody who needs to go for diet? well, i do. i have been eating lots of junk food lately and i think my weight is scoring high now. a friend introduce Solo Slim to me. she told me that she has been using it since long time and it helped a lot. i am thinking of trying it out since she told me it is so effective. hhmm…

After the long, long winter I need a diet too
But I think, the only right way to loose some weight, is to eat more vegetabeles and fruits (no junk food anymore!) and to do a lot of sport. I know, it´s not so easy to do that.
I’ve never, ever been into weightloss products of any kind. Weight loss comes down to one very simple thing - eat less calories than you burn in a day. Any time I see myself packing on a few pounds for whatever reason, I just start making notes of how much I’m eating. There’s about a billion sites to tell you the calories in ANYTHING. I am for 1400 calorie range in a day if I’m dieting.
Try out new, healthier recipes and that will immediatly help cut calories.
