colon cleansing

with all the junk food that i have been eating all day long, i need colon cleansing to clear out all the unhealthy oil inside my colon. i scared with all those unhealthy oil which accumulated from day to day, it will turn into dunno what thing. arghhh, i am scared by the though of it. but i can't blam anybody because nobody force me to eat. haishhhh
